Kirjoitin: Mufloni Boheemi taitaa olla BH:n panijan Erik Ekholmin ensimmäinen yritys valmistaa tsekkityyppistä pilsiä.
Erik halusi korjata, että kyseessä ei ollut suinkaan yritys tehdä tsekkityylin mukaista pilsiä - se olisi ollut aivan erilainen keitos - vaan tarkoituksena oli tehdä reilulla kädellä humaloitu pils. Hyväähän tuo oli tänään Beer Huntersin hanasta Porissa. Vinkataan vielä, että Mustaa Intianpässiä on näköjään tulossa pullossa myyntiin hyvinvarusteltuihin maitokauppoihin.
